In the chargeback section, you can review the status of the application and manage the chargeback by uploading backup documentation to demonstrate the veracity of the transaction.

Load your documents for a chargeback process
For the chargeback management, you must load test documents. Follow these instructions to do so:
- Go to the Transactions module.
- Choose the Chargebacks option.
- Click on the Chargeback that has been initiated.
- A new screen will open. In this, search for the Backup documentation section.
- Click the
button to load the backup documents corresponding to the chargeback.
- At the end, click on the
button.
