These are the instructions to search for the initiated chargeback that we have sent to your e-mail:
- In the e-mail you received, look for the Chargeback Number. Copy it to your computer clipboard to continue with the following steps.
- In the Console, click on the Transactions > Chargebacks module.
- On the Chargeback screen, enter the Chargeback Number in the Search field, located at the top right of the screen.
- Click on the magnifying glass icon or press Enter.
- The corresponding chargeback is displayed on the screen.
