Scheduled
In a scheduled subscription, the time period for which the charge will be made is specified, as well as the charge value and the frequency at which it will be charged.
For example: Streaming platform subscription.
On-demand
On-demand subscriptions do not specify a period of time or frequency to be charged, but the charge is made when requested by the paying user.
For example: Shopping in an online clothing store.
