Personalize your transfer portal

    Discover how and what you can customize on your transfer portal to improve the user experience for your customers.

    Kushki allows you to customize the portal where your customers make their bank transfers (only applicable to Chile). This will be the portal your customers are redirected to once they complete the checkout on your website or application.     By default, this portal has the following appearance:

    This article shows the different customization options you will find in your Console. With these, you can provide your users with a bank transfer payment experience that aligns more closely with your brand.

     

    How can you configure your transfer portal?

    1. Access the Settings option.
    2. Click on Bank Transfer System.
    3. Complete the desired customizations.
    4. Click on Preview or Save.

    What can you customize on your transfer portal?

      • Template Style: You can add a brand banner in the Centered or Side position. If you don't want to use the banner, you can select None. Additionally, you can modify the banner width in the Center and Full options.
      • Logo: Upload a logo previously added from the Configuration>>Brand Customization menu. If you don't have your brand' s logo, Kushki's logo will be loaded by default.
      • Banner: If you've chosen a template style with a banner, you can upload it in .png or .jpg formats. The suggested resolution for the Center option is 825px x 225px, and for Full, it 's 1920px x 225px. For both styles, the maximum size is 4mb. Remember that depending on the selected template style, the banner can be vertical or horizontal.
      • Step Indicator: Selecting 'Yes' in this option will display numbered steps in the payment menu.
      • Bank Logos: Selecting 'Yes' in this option will display the bank's logo.
      • Interface Colors: You can use default colors or select custom colors for your transfer portal.
      • Metadata: With this option, you can add additional fields in the “payment data” section.
      • Texts: With this option, you can customize the texts that appear in steps 1 (Access your bank) and 2 (Select your account), or leave the default ones.
