Learn what actions you can take with a Master Customer user, in the administration of My merchant module.
ℹ️ Note: The Master Customer user is only available upon request. If you would like more information on how to enable it, please contact us. |
If your merchant has a user with a Master customer role, they will be able to view their branch offices (sub-merchants) in a consolidated manner. It includes all the information configured at the payment methods, services billing, money collections, disbursement, rates, and deferred payment levels.
Next, we describe what you can perform and view in each of these sections:
My merchant branch offices list
From here, you can manage all the branch offices your merchant has, by performing the following actions:
How can I filter my branch offices or sub-merchants?
To view your branch offices, please follow the instructions shown below:
- Log in to your console with your username and password.
- Automatically, My Merchant module will appear.
- The Branch office list section will be displayed open and, by default, it will always load the entire list of branch offices (submerchants) you have.
- If you want to check a specific branch office, you can do so in the following way.
a. Search by Branch office name and Branch office ID.
b. Search by creation date range.
c. Filter by: Status and Country of incorporation.
There you go! Now, you can check a specific branch office.
How can I download the sub-merchant list?
ℹ️ Note: Keep in mind that the file you download will show you all the branch offices you have associated, even if you have filters applied. |
To download the branch offices list, follow these steps:
- Log in to your console with your username and password.
- Automatically, My Merchant module will appear.
- The Branch office list section will be shown open, click on the Download list button. This file will have the following fields:
a. Name
b. Branch office id
c. Country of incorporation
d. Creation date
e. Status
ℹ️ Note: The file you download will have a CSV format. |

Payment methods of My Merchant module

How to consult available payment methods?
To consult the available payment methods of your merchant, follow the instructions shown below:
- Log in to your console with your username and password.
- Automatically, My Merchant module will appear.
- Go to the Payment Methods section.
- From there, you can view the payment methods you have available.
ℹ️ Note: If any payment method appears as Inactive, it means you have not configured it. |
Basic services of My Merchant

How to check available services?
To check the available services for your merchant, follow the instructions shown below:
- Log in to your console with your username and password.
- Automatically, My merchant module will appear.
- Go to the Services section.
- From there, you can view the services you have available.

Billing collections and disbursement
💡Keep in mind that: 1. This section is for reference purposes only; you won’t be able to make any changes or adjustments. 2. The information consolidated in this section contains the information of the merchant (Customer). 3. The minimum commission is found in the rates section. |
From here, you can view your billing information, the changes we make to your merchant for commissions, the settlement data that Kushki makes to your merchant, and the configured currency with which all your transactions will be carried out.
How to check billing, collection, and fund disbursement data?
Instructions:
- Log in to your console with your username and password.
- Automatically, My Merchant module will appear.
- Go to the billing, collection, and fund disbursement section.
- From there, you can view the data you need.
Country restriction: In Colombia there is a section called Withholdings, where you can download the information of charges made for IVA, ICA and FUENTE concepts. In this section the data is shown by cycles and when you click on any of the withholdings it shows you the options View (Visualizar) and Download (Descargar). By clicking on any of the options you will be able to consult the details of the withholdings, remember that the receipt shown is not officially issued by any entity, it’s only for consultation purposes. |
Rates and minimum commission

How to check the rates and the minimum commission?
Instructions:
- Log in to your console with your username and password.
- Automatically, the Merchant module will appear.
- Go to the Rates section.
- From there, you can view the data of your rates according to the payment method or services and the minimum commission value that Kushki charges you for its services once the grace period has passed.
Deferred payments of My merchant
💡Keep in mind that: 1. Currently, Ecuador , Peru and Mexico are the only countries that have this functionality available. 2. For merchants that do not have deferred payments configured, this section does not appear. 3. This section will be for reference purposes only. It means you won’t be able to make any changes or adjustments. 4. The information consolidated in this section contains the information of the merchant (Customer). |
How to check the deferred payments available for my merchant?
To check the deferred payments or number of installments available for your merchant, you must perform these steps:
- Log in to your console with your username and password.
- Automatically, My Merchant module will appear.
- Go to the Deferred payments section.
- From there, you can view the data that applies to your merchant.
