Merchant information update
If you need to update the information that your merchant has previously provided in the establishment of the commercial agreement, you must complete the additional service request form and enter the required information.
Keep in mind that this application process does not apply to update the company name or the Mercantile Category Code (MCC) that was previously provided by your merchant.
Update of compliance information or documentation
If you need to update the information or documentation that your merchant has previously provided due to a request received from our Compliance team, you must complete the additional services request form and enter the required information.
