Is technical certification required to use Smartlinks?
If you use our Smartlink solution through our Administration Console, you do not require any certification or technical support from our Integration team.
Technical certification is only required if you want to use our Smartlink creation solution from our API.
Why is my Smartlink not working?
If your Smartlink does not work, probably the validity period has expired. For this reason, we invite you to create a new Smartlink from the Administration Console, or clone it in order to continue processing your payments effectively.
