Know the processing time of each transaction depending on the payment method selected by your client.
Approval times for card payments
Payments by credit or debit card are synchronous and are made immediately; however, remember that the time it takes to approve a transaction will depend on the latency of the process.
Processing times for transfer payments
Transfer payments are online payments; however, as it is a process outside of Kushki, that is, directly with the bank, its processing can last the following time ranges:
- Ecuador: up to 1 hour
- Colombia: up to 21 minutes
- Chile: up to 30 minutes
- Mexico: minimum 1 day and maximum 7 days
- Peru: 2 hours via Safetypay and up to 7 days via BBVA and BCP
Processing times for cash payments
Cash payments will depend on the time the customer takes to make the payment. Remember that, by default, the payment receipt has an expiration date of 7 days; however, you can modify the payment deadline.
