What is a commercial name change?
A commercial name change is a request issued to Kushki to modify the name under which a merchant was originally registered. The proceeding of this request requires the approval from Kushki’s Risk Team.

A URL change is a notification sent to Kushki to register the URL update generated by a merchant in order to validate the new website.

Request a Descriptor Change
What does a descriptor change mean?
A change of descriptor is a request issued to Kushki to modify the descriptor section of a merchant. In this regard, if the modification is made under the Acquirer Processor, the modification will be immediate; Otherwise, if the change is made under other brands and the merchant is not under Kushki’s Acquirer, a process will be carried out with different processors, or acquiring banks.
