Before the disbursement process, it is necessary to recharge your Payouts balance. This article specifies the recharge times.
Recharge balance for funds disbursement
It is necessary to have balance in your account in order to make payouts; to recharge your balance, a transfer to the non-exempt Kushki account is needed. If you do not have this account number, the FinOps team or your Commercial Agent can assist you with it. Once the deposit is received, we recharge the remaining amount to your balance after deducting the 4x1000 tax from the transferred amount. Example: 796,800,000 COP will be credited to your balance if you recharge 800,000,000 COP.
