How to withdraw money from my Kushki account?
Remember that during the affiliation process and within the Kushki console, you can select the frequency of money disbursement. For security reasons, this money withdrawal process is only done through a bank transfer.
How long does it take for the money transfer to arrive in my account?
- For the following countries: Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, USA, and Canada, we process the transfer according to the chosen frequency (daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).
- For Ecuador, the money from your transactions goes directly to your bank accounts.
How much does the money transfer to my bank account cost?
- Chile: The money transfer has a cost of $8 USD to a bank account in the USA. If the account is located in Chile or a country other than the USA, the cost of the international transfer is $20 USD.
- Colombia: We process the transfer according to the chosen frequency (daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) as long as you have a balance of $300,000 COP or more in your Kushki account. Please note that the money will be available in your bank account within an average time frame of 24 to 72 business hours. This regulation is subject to restrictions and negotiations with the bank.
- Ecuador: You should verify with your collecting bank the timeframe for receiving the money transfer.
- Mexico: The money transfer costs $8 USD to a bank account in the USA. If the account is located in a country other than the USA, the cost of the international transfer is $20 USD. If the company is registered outside the USA, the transaction fee is 4% + $0.30 USD + 1% Cross Border Fee.
- Peru: The money transfer costs $8 USD to a bank account in the USA. If the account is located in a country other than the USA, the cost of the international transfer is $20 USD. If the company is registered outside the USA, the transaction fee is 4% + $0.30 USD + 1% Cross Border Fee.
- USA and Canada: The money transfer costs $8 USD to a bank account in the USA. If the account is located in a country other than the USA, the cost of the international transfer is $20 USD. If the company is registered outside the USA, the transaction fee is 4% + $0.30 USD + 1% Cross Border Fee.
