    We will explain how you can cancel a payment PIN or cash collection using the ticket number.

     

    Country restrictions:

    The payment cancellation pin or cash collection is only available for Colombia Country ball_Colombia@2x.png and Ecuador Country ball_Ecuador@2x.png.

     

    How to void a PIN from a cash payment?

    To cancel a cash payment PIN, you must use the “delete cash in transaction” function from our API with the HTTP DELETE method. To use this function, you need to have the ticket Number of the payment PIN you want to cancel, which is used as a path parameter for the function.
