Learn how to create a report, including the processing and management details of your merchant's transactions in a given time.
π Note: Keep in mind that the report creation process is enabled for users whose role is Master User in your Console credentials. |
Once you enter your Kushki Console with your username and password, follow the steps below to create a report from your merchant's console:
1. In the main side menu, choose Reports.
2. From the Custom Reports screen, click the button . The New Report window opens.
Complete the steps that are included below in each one of the sections:

3. Enter the Report name and choose the Time zone, depending on the region where your merchant is located.
β οΈ Important: When you select this option, the report will be created with the time zone (that is, the geographic range) that you select. |
Report file name
4. In this section, you can configure the Identifier name and the File extension that the report will have when downloaded (.csv, .txt or without extension).
5. Select the Date Format for the file name, (ddmmyyyy, yyyymmdd, or advanced option).
β οΈ Important: If you select an Advanced Date Format, set the Day (00) and Month (00) fields. |
6. Indicate the Name separator that you are going to use.
7. Determine the Order between identifier and date (identifier > date or date > identifier), which will be assigned in the file name of your report.
8. In Name separator, choose the character (Underscore (_), Hyphen (-), or Without spacer), which you want to use to separate the date identifier within your file name.
9. The console will show you What your report looks like; with which you can have a preview of the report that you are generating.

10. Select the information you want to display in the report and then choose the Type of information you need to review (Transactions or Subscriptions).
11. In Presentation of the report, select whether you want to generate a:
a. Detail: you will be able to view specific information of each transaction.
b.Summary: you can review a sum of the total transactions.
π Note: The Summary option is only available for the Transactions Information Type. |
12. In Report content, you can Select all contents or choose the available options that are detailed below according to the Type of information:

Types of enabled subscriptions
Report format
Configure the separator that the elements will have within the file and the width of the columns.
13. Select the type of Separator you want to use (tab, semicolon, pipe, commas, or without spacer).
14. Choose the type of width of the columns (variable or fixed).
15. If you selected a Variable width, select Yes or No to Include a header.

π¨ Warning: Please note that if any of the limitations specified above for report generation are not met, you will receive an email notification informing you of the error while generating the report. |
16. Drag from the left box (Type of information) to the right (Your report) the names of the columns you want to see in your report.
17. Review the information found in the following diagram to know the fields enabled in the reports generation by payment method:
β οΈ Important: When creating a report on your transactions, you can filter the information by the parameters found in the table below (Merchant ID Field). If you need to filter the information by the credentials of your merchant, you can select any of the following fields:

18. If you need to save the label, select the button and assign a name to the Label; then click Save.
19. If necessary, choose Select All or Clear All to configure the columns that will appear in your report.
20. In the Schedule report delivery section, configure how to schedule the report delivery, including the following criteria:
20.1. The report delivery schedule, such as the Scheduling: specifies which will be the Cutoff Day: Custom or Monthly.
20.2. The Delivery settings: configure if you want to receive this report periodically, including:

- Sending Type: Email, SFTP, SFTP Kushki.
- The Time of generation and sending: Default time (recommended) or Custom.
π Note: Your report will be sent between 8h00 UTC-5 and 13h00 UTC-5 of the next day it was requested. *UTC: Universal Time Coordinated |
21. Click the Save button to save the changes. Your report will be sent with the specified frequency and the information detail of the secondary credentials of your affiliated merchants. If you need to reverse this action, tap Cancel.
