When creating a report on your transactions, you can filter the information by your merchant ID number, your credentials, the alias of the credentials, or the public key.

| 🔐 Note: Keep in mind that the process to filter reports by credentials is enabled for users whose role is Master User in your Console credentials. |
Follow the steps described here (↗) to create a report.
When you reach the Setup Columns stage, select among the options shown in the right column and drag the ones you want to include in your report. These are the options you can select:
- Merchant ID
- Credential ID
- Credential Alias
- Public ID
Click on the Save button. Your report will be sent with the stated frequency and detailed information of the secondary credentials from your affiliated merchants.
