Definition of void
Voids correspond to the return of a successful charge that was made on the same day of processing. Please note that in this case, Kushki makes up to 3 attempts to return the transaction; this request is sent to the processor. If the request is successful, the purchase your customer made will no longer appear on the bank statement, and the purchase amount from the account will be returned as soon as possible.
How to perform the voiding process for your sales?
For Kushki this process is automatic if it is done before the cut-off time, which varies by country, taking into account the following information:

ℹ️ Note: Keep in mind that if the transaction you need to cancel was processed longer than the deadline; that is, the cancellation request occurred after the established time, this process will become a refund. |
