Visualize the transaction history, by making a quick reading, searching or downloading information in JSON or CSV.
In the transactions module you can find the following 3 sections:
- Collections: information of all the payin type transactions.
- Payments: information of all the payout type transactions.
- Chargebacks: information of the returns requested by the customer.

View transaction details
In the transaction details, depending on the transaction type, you can find relevant information, such as: date, ticket number, media, amount, status, among others. To view the transaction details, follow these steps:
- Go to the Transactions Module.
- Select one of the options (Collections, Payments, or Chargebacks).
- Click on the row of the transaction you want to view; the Transaction Detail window will open.
- In the Transaction Detail window, you can review all the information corresponding to the selected transaction.
- To finish, click on the return arrow or click outside the window.

Transaction search by category filters
From the Transactions Module you can filter transactions by different categories. Below, you will find the different options to search for transactions:

To search for a transaction, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Transactions Module.
- Select one of the options (Collections, Payments, or Chargebacks).
- Click on one of the options to search your transactions (Search, Filter, Search by dates, and Configure columns).
ℹ️ Note: If you are using a Master Customer user, you can filter by selecting one or more branch offices. This filter does not apply to another role. |
Download reports in transactional databases
From the Transactions screen, you can download reports in databases to view your transactions in JSON or CSV format. It only applies for the Collections and Payments sections.
Follow these instructions to download the report:
- Go to the Transactions Module.
- Select one of the options (Collections or Payments).
- Filter and configure the date range you want to include in your downloaded report.
- Select the transactions you want to download by clicking on the checkboxes that appear on the left side. You can also select all transactions on the page by clicking on the top checkbox.
- Click on the Download button.
- Click on the format in which you want to generate your report:
- JSON: used to store simple data structures using a user readable text-based format. Associated programs to open the files:
- Microsoft Notepad
- Microsoft WordPad
- Notepad ++
- Mozilla Firefox
- CSV: files in this format can be opened in Excel.

Separate the columns from a CSV file
With the CSV format you can separate the information in columns when opening the file in Excel, since all the information is restored in column A.
These are the steps to separate information in columns within Excel:
- Select column A.
- Click the Data tab> Text in columns> Delimited> Other.
- Select the separating bar "|"> Text in all fields.
- Click the Finish button.
In this way, you can separate the information in columns to have a simpler view of the transactions downloaded.
