Visualize the transaction history, making a quick reading, searching, or downloading information in JSON or CSV files.
In the transaction module, you can find the following 3 sections:
- Charges: Information of all payin type movements.
- Payments: Information of the movements that are of payouts type.
- Chargebacks: Information of the returns requested by the client.
🔐 Note: to check the Transaction module, you must enter the Console of your merchant with either a Master User or a Reading User role. |
Check transaction details
In the details of the transaction, you can find relevant information such as: dates, ticket number, payment methods, amounts, transaction timeline, among others. To see the transaction details, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Transactions module.
- Select one of the options (Charges, Payments or Chargebacks).
- Click on the transaction row you want to check; the Transaction detail window will open.
- In the Transaction detail window, you can review all the information related to the selected transaction.
- To finish, press
or click outside the window.

Search for transactions by categories filters
From the Transactions module, you can filter transactions by different categories. Here are the different options to search for transactions:
To search for a transaction, perform the following steps:
- Go to the Transactions module.
- Choose one of the options (Charges, Payments, or Chargebacks).
- Click one of the options to search for your transactions (Search bar, Filter, Search for dates and Configure columns).
Download reports in transactional databases
From the Transactions screen, you can download reports in databases to see your transactions in JSON or CSV format. It only applies to the Charges and Payments sections.
Follow these instructions to download the report:
- Go to the Transactions module.
- Choose one of the options (Charges, Payments, or Chargebacks).
- Filter and configure the range of dates you want to include in your downloaded report.
- Select the transactions you want to download by clicking on the verification boxes that appear on the left side.
- Click the Download button. You can download the entire transaction group by clicking on the same button.
- Click on the format in which you want to generate your report:
- JSON: They are used to store simple data structures by using a text-based format readable by the user. These are the associated programs to open the files:
- Microsoft Notepad
- Microsoft WordPad
- Notepad ++
- Mozilla Firefox
- CSV: The files with this format can be opened in Excel.

Separate the columns from a CSV file
With the CSV format you can separate the information in columns when opening the file in Excel, since all the information is restored in column A.
These are the steps to separate information in columns within Excel:
- Select column A.
- Click the Data tab> Text in columns> Delimited> Other.
- Select the separating bar "|"> Text in all fields.
- Click the Finish button.
In this way, you can separate the information in columns to have a simpler view of the transactions downloaded.
