We tell you how you can know the payment details that were made to third parties, either in cash or by transfer through the Transactions module of your Console.
Step-by-step process to access disbursement details
In the Transactions module, you will find the disbursement details of your resources. Do the following:
- Log in the Console with your username and password.
- Click on Transactions > Payments.
- The dashboard displays the transactions in a list that contains:

- Disbursement date
- Email to which the ticket was sent
- Payment method (cash or transfer)
- Ticket number
- Total amount of the ticket
- Transaction status (approved, initiated, declined)
