What happens in my Kushki account when a chargeback is raised?

Consider that this depends on the business model you manage with Kushki: 

1. In the Gateway model, chargebacks are managed and processed by your merchant, having a direct interaction between acquirer-merchant. 
2. In the Aggregator model, Kushki will retain the chargeback values until the resolution of the dispute. In the event that the resolution is in favor of the business, the value that had been withheld will be settled again; otherwise, the debit made will be maintained.
