🔐 Required Permits: In order to upload the backup documentation, it is necessary to access the merchant console with a Customer Master User role. |
Customers who have a user account to access the console, and are authorized by the merchant to upload back-up documentation in order to demonstrate that the purchases were made by the cardholder.
