From the console of your merchant, Kushki will allow you to configure and manage the products established in the affiliation process.
On this platform, you can keep track of the products and services that were established in the commercial agreement between your merchant and Kushki. In this process, you will also assign the roles in charge of managing all the activities of your payment platform.

Where can I find my username and password?
When you start the integration process, Kushki will email the credentials (username and password) for you to access to your console.
⚠️ Important: Keep in mind that it will be your full responsibility to share the credentials with your company's staff. |
How to enter the administration console?
- Enter the testing/UAT environment or live/production environment.
- Enter your Username and Password.
- Click the Sign in button.
There you go! Now you can manage your transactions.
How many modules does the console have and what are they for?
The console is made up of 11 modules; from which you can perform the following actions:
- Home: review the main metrics that your merchant has generated since the implementation of your payment platform, including the review of consolidated sales and the payments made.
- Transactions: manage your merchant transactions; reviewing charges, payments, and chargebacks.
- My Merchant: review the payment methods integrated into your payment platform; the services you have enabled; the billing, collection, and dispersion criteria that have been established in the commercial agreement; the currency(ies) configured; the rate information, and the deferred payments established by card brand that are enabled for your merchant.
- Users: define the roles and configure the users that have access to your console.
- Subscriptions: activate and manage the subscriptions configured with your merchant, by checking their periodicity and status.
- Balance (only if applicable to your merchant): validate the available, total, and unprocessed amount and perform searches by the identification number of the operation.
- Smartlinks (only if this service is active to your merchant): configure the payment links enabled on your digital channels.
- Reports: create, download, and configure reports on the processing and management details of your merchant's transactions in a given period.
- Settings: set the preferences and customization parameters of your account, the notifications and integrations that your merchant has enabled with Kushki.
- Developers: set and copy your credentials to integrate Kushki products with your online stores; setting up your notifications and tracking URLs.
