In the Transactions dashboard, you can filter the Payment transactions by the categories Payment Methods, Status, and Amounts.
Filter payment movements in the transaction dashboard
Here are the instructions to filter the Payment transactions by category in the Transactions dashboard:
- Go to the Transactions > Payments module.
- Click on the Filter button.
- Click on the Expand All button, on the right side of the Filter menu. The Payment Method, Status, and Amounts are displayed.
- Click on the options you want to activate to view the Transactions dashboard.
- Click on the Apply Filters button to display the previous selection.
If you are doing this configuration with a Master Customer type user, you can select your branch offices, applying filters with the information of the branch offices that you need to review.
