Subscription details

We tell you how you can check, what sections you can find in the details of a subscription, and how to download them.

How can you check the details of a subscription?

To view more details about the subscriptions, follow the steps below:

1. From the Subscriptions screen, click on the subscription record.

• In the Active tab, you will see three sections:
  
  • Information: with the subscription details such as payment method, plan name, and subscription dates (start, end, first payment, last charge)  
  • Transactions: with the status and information of the transactions for that subscription.
  • Metadata: code and subscription ID. 

Additionally, you have the options to Download (in JSON or CSV format) and edit the subscription.

• In the Attempts tab, you will see two sections:
  
  • Information: shows the subscription information and also the attempt details such as error code, message, error description. 
  • Metadata: display the validation code.

2. To return to the main screen, click on the close icon.
