To find a specific subscription, use the search bar. Follow the steps below:
- From the Subscriptions screen, click on the search bar.

- In the Active tab, enter or paste the subscription ID you want to search for.
- In the Attempts tab, you can search by the following parameters:
- Attempt ID
- Customer
- Plan Name
- Error Code
- Message
